Air Seperation Unit(ASU)
An Air Separation Unit (ASU) is a device that uses air as feedstock, compressing and super-cooling it to cryogenic temperatures, before separating out oxygen, nitrogen, argon, or other liquid products from the liquid air through rectification. Nitrogen Generator By Pressure Swing Adsorption (PSA)
Nitrogen generator by pressure swing adsorption is the use of a carbon molecular sieve adsorbent processed from high quality coal, coconut shell or epoxy resin under pressurized conditions, the diffusion speed of oxygen and nitrogen in the air into the carbon molecular sieve hole, so as to separate the oxygen and nitrogen in the air. Compared with nitrogen molecules, oxygen molecules first diffuse into the holes of carbon molecular sieve adsorbent, and the nitrogen that does not diffuse into the holes of carbon molecular sieve adsorbent can be used as the product output of gas for users.

VPSA Oxygenerator
The VPSA Oxygen Generator is a pressurized adsorption and vacuum extraction oxygen generator. Air enters the adsorption bed after compression. A special molecular sieve selectively adsorbs nitrogen, carbon dioxide and water from the air. The molecular sieve is then desorbed under vacuum conditions, recycling high purity oxygen (90-93%). VPSA has a low energy consumption, which decreases with increasing plant size.
